When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours within receipt of order. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day.
How is my order shipped?
All standard orders are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS. If you need your package expedited, please email info@davidturton.com
Can I track my order?
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your order during its shipping at www.ups.com or www.usps.com
How much will my shipping cost?
All domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. For orders to HI and AL, please email us your order and we will provide a quote for shipping. The e-mail address is orders@davidturton.com. You can also call, the telephone number 732.600.8228.
Do you ship outside the USA?

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO addresses. Please feel free to e-mail us your order we will e-mail back a confirmation along with shipping rates. You can also call us at 732.600.8228. All APO shipments are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes. Please note, all orders going to PO Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
RETURN POLICY
What is your Return Policy?
DavidTurton.com accepts returns on any unused and unopened products
within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns on opened or used
merchandise. Sale items are not returnable.
How do I return a product?
Please call 732.600.8228 or email info@davidturton.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
A full credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise at DavidTurton's office. Shipping is not credited unless it is an error made by DavidTurton.com.
